What can booster club members do?
Fundraising and sponsorships
- Contact local businesses for sponsorships.
- Organize restaurant fundraiser nights, car washes, or other approved events.
- Help secure donations of equipment, supplies, and team meals.
- Manage fundraising campaigns.
Equipment and team needs
- Help purchase approved uniforms and equipment.
- Assist with team gear and spirit wear.
- Support field improvements and supplies, with school approval.
- Help identify the program's biggest financial needs.
Team events and activities
- Organize team dinners and postgame snacks.
- Plan Senior Night and end-of-season celebrations.
- Coordinate team banquets and awards.
- Help with tournament travel arrangements and approved expenses.
Game-day volunteers
- Help organize approved concessions or merchandise sales.
- Coordinate scorekeeping, ticketing, or other approved game-day tasks.
- Create flyers, team schedules, and promotional materials.
- Welcome families and help build team spirit.
Organization and leadership
- Attend booster meetings.
- Track fundraising goals and expenses.
- Help manage the budget and communicate with families.
- Serve as an officer or committee lead.
All families are welcome — no experience needed. Meeting times and volunteer sign-ups will be posted as the 2026-27 season gets underway.
